Day 2: Sogliano
◉ Ride: Sogliano 90km 1,160m+
◉ We begin our tour through the villages of the Romagna hills, visiting graceful Sogliano, renowned for its cuisine and the famous “formaggio di fossa”. In the territories between Romagna and Marche, the tradition of placing cheese in pits dates back to the Middle Ages. For reasons related to preservation and protection of the cheeses from possible looting, farmers began to insert them in pits dug into the sandstone, thus giving life to a true maturation technique with an extraordinary flavor.

Day 3: San Clemente

◉ The city of wine; San Clemente is recognized as the best location for Sangiovese production. We will ride between vineyards, olive trees, and wheat fields.

Day 4: Carpegna is enough!
◉ Our challenge, O Carpegna mi basta!
◉ We are in the homeland of Marco Pantani, so the climb to Carpegna, where Marco prepared for the Grand Tours, could not be missed. This climb is truly mythical and exciting. At every turn, memories of great cycling icons. Stop for a coffee to regain energy.

Day 5: Ravenna
◉ Off-bike day to explore the city of Ravenna, immensely beautiful and important.
◉ It was once the capital of Italy and the most important port in the Mediterranean at the time.

◉ The city where Dante Alighieri, the greatest Italian poet of all time, lies, already demonstrates the importance of this city.

Day 6: San Marino

◉ Today we go to conquer San Marino. San Marino is famous for being another country within Italy. A UNESCO World Heritage site, it raises the highest flag of freedom, as it is the oldest Republic in the world.
◉ Stop for coffee and contemplate this 360° panorama over the Marecchia and Montefeltro valleys.

Day 7: San Bartolo Park
◉ Today we close on a high note, riding in a small paradise between Emilia Romagna and Marche, within the San Bartolo Park.
◉ 95km 1,200m+
◉ We will be on the Via Panoramica, known as one of the most beautiful roads in Italy to ride.
◉ We will pass through the enchanting Gradara Castle, known as the capital of the Middle Ages.
◉ Here occurred the famous and tragic love story between Paolo and Francesca, told by Dante Alighieri in his most important literary work, the Divine Comedy. Today this castle is one of the most visited tourist spots in the region.
◉ We follow our path to the city of Pesaro and then enter the Via Panoramica, where these 24km will win you over with cliffs, villages, colors, and scents.
◉ Arriving in Gabicce Monte, we can admire the entire coast of Romagna, from Ravenna to Cattolica. And with this wonderful panorama, we stop for a delicious lunch with a sea view. “Cin-Cin alla Vita”.
