Can you help with travel preparations?
Definitely! In addition to the itineraries, we provide essential consultancy on logistics, equipment, and practical advice so that your organization is impeccable from start to finish, coordinated by our Bike Manager Luca.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance. Remember: bookings until January 10th guarantee a 15% discount (Early Booking Promo).
Is it possible to organize private and customized tours?
Yes! We are experts in Tailor Made tours. You define the accommodations, dates, and the level of challenge. We can include exclusive experiences like tastings and private dinners.
Is there a possibility to rent bikes and accessories?
Yes, we offer high-performance Road Bike rentals starting from 40 euros per day. With our Rent&Stay offer, you get a 20% discount on the stay value (promotion not cumulative with Early Booking).
What should I pack for cycling?
We recommend technical clothing (bib shorts/jersey), helmet, glasses, and cycling shoes. If you prefer, we have helmets for rent. Don't forget sunscreen!
Tour Information
How are groups formed and what are the guide costs?
We offer private tours (30€/day 1-2 pax, 20€ 3-4 pax, 15€ 5+ pax), open or self-guided. My Bike Guide daily prices on request.
Do the guides speak Portuguese?
Yes! Our local guides speak Portuguese, Italian, and English. We also have Spanish-speaking guides available upon request.
What happens in case of a mechanical problem?
On tours with a support van, assistance is immediate with tools and parts. On self-guided tours, we offer remote support and quick assistance in partnership with our workshop at the Oxygen Hotel.
What is included in the travel cost?
Accommodation in a Comfort Room (min. 3 nights), breakfast, logistical support, and GPS routes. Note: Sea View rooms have a supplement of 20€/day.
Fitness Level
How fit do I need to be?
We analyze your profile to suggest the ideal tour. E-bikes are perfect for those with moderate fitness, while Road Bike tours require prior training.
Can I request changes to the itinerary?
On private tours, the itinerary is 100% flexible. Bike Manager Luca can suggest daily variations based on your fatigue or elevation preference.
Policies and Safety
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, it is mandatory. The insurance must cover international medical assistance and sports activities (cycling).
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! The cost is 10 euros per dog, plus a 10 euro supplement for the Garden Room, which is mandatory for those bringing pets to ensure garden access.
